Lab Notebook: June 29

Talked with Mike today. Things to think about:

* Write draft for the fisheries paper, targeting Science.
* What should the figures be? Possibilities:
* Big fish tree with labeled dots -- probably belongs in supplementary figures
* Plots of different categories -- definitely in supplemental figures. Depending on how many figures are allowed in the main article, this could be fig #2
* ???
* Get the latest version of AUTEUR from the R Workshop Wiki
* [Link here](https://sites.google.com/site/macroevolutioninr/software)
* Rerun AUTEUR on the fish data, using body size, commercial exploitation, and IUCN information
* Do a "rate category test" -- email Jon Eastman for guidance if necessary
* Test the difference between a "rate shifts anywhere" model and a "rapid increase in rates and then back to normal" model
